School & Preschool Open House - Monday, February 6, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
At St. Mark, our academic standards are high, but faith always comes first.  St. Mark students learn from professionals who model Christian values and encourage the God-given abilities of each child in their care.  We invite you to learn more about our outstanding faith-based education by attending our Open House or by scheduling a personal tour. 
 
Winter Scrappin' Weekend - February 17 & 18
It's a weekend of fun, fellowship, food, prizes and lots of crafting!  You don't have to scrapbook to attend, any type of crafting is welcome.  The event will benefit our St. Mark 7th & 8th graders class trip fund. The cost is $38 for the weekend.  Contact the School Office (281-7892) for all the details and to reserve your space.

Girls 4 God Mother & Daughter Retreat - February 11, 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Join us for an interactive evening of appetizers, desserts, fashion show, skin care presentation, art project, and all things girly!  Contact Robin in the Church Office (455-5320) for more details.

Wednesday Night Supper Club, 5:45-6:30 p.m.
Let us do the cooking for you!  Bring your family to St. Mark for dinner and then stay for Bible study and ministries afterwards.  Dinner is in Chapel Hall, suggest donation $3.50 per person (3 and under are free). 
 
SRTM & Thrivent Chapter Featured in Thrivent Magazine
Solid Rock Teen Ministry and the Thrivent So. Kent County Chapter are featured in "Kindness Competition" (page 28), part of the "Getting Together/At Home, In Church, Abroad" section.  The item tells about the 60 students and adults who spent Holy Sweat Week serving our congregation and volunteering in the community and the Chapter supporting them.  See it at www.thrivent.com/magazine/winter10/together.html
